New Features:
1. Customer Management Enhancements:
- The "Customers" menu now displays the number of orders for each customer, providing a more comprehensive view of your customer base. This data is also available when exporting to Excel.
2. Smart Approach to Discounts:
- We have removed the "0% Discount" line from printed documents if no discount was applied. This prevents confusion and increases customer satisfaction.
3. "Call Back" Functionality in Requests:
- We've added a feature that allows you to schedule a callback to the customer directly from the request card. This streamlines time management and improves communication with customers.
4. Direct Access to Customer Profile from Request:
- System navigation has been improved - you can now go directly to a customer's profile from their request.
5. Automatic Advertising Source Detection:
- When a customer calls a number associated with a specific advertising source, the source is now automatically displayed, making it easier to track marketing efforts.
6. Printing Functionality Improvements:
- We've implemented the ability to reprint end-of-shift receipts, making financial administration easier.
7. Additional SMS Template Settings:
- A new variable has been added to SMS template settings to pull the customer's request number, improving communication.
8. More Detailed Turnover Report:
- The turnover report now includes the total profit amount for products, providing more accurate accounting.
Fixes:
1. Optimization of Order Creation:
- An issue related to form freezing during order creation has been fixed.
2. Improvements in Product Management:
- Various issues related to serial number association and product shipment have been resolved.
3. Enhanced Interface and Reporting:
- Fixes in delay logs, customer profiles, and reports, improving the overall system performance.
4. Accurate Serial Number Recognition:
- The system now accurately recognizes serial numbers regardless of keyboard layout.
5. Improvements in Request and Salary Handling:
- Errors in request status setting and salary calculation have been corrected.
6. Custom Field Handling Optimization:
- An issue with deleting custom fields has been fixed.
