- Conflict Call Detection: The system analyzes the tone of calls and automatically identifies potentially contentious ones. Visual indicators in the call list help you quickly locate problematic conversations. The new “Conflict Calls” filter speeds up search and processing.
- Call Summaries and Descriptions: AI generates clear descriptions of conversations, including the client’s question, proposed solution, and a summary. Titles and descriptions are displayed in the call’s language, while key data is translated into the system’s language.
- Automatic Ticket Creation: After a call ends, the system automatically creates a ticket with details such as the device, cost, and other specifics. If a service is unavailable, the ticket is marked as “Service Unavailable,” reducing errors.
- Tracking Mentioned Devices and Callback Dates: Devices mentioned during calls are automatically added to a special AI category for processing. If the operator promises a callback, the system records the callback date.
- Filters for Easy Search: Tickets can be filtered by “Ticket Type – AI,” and calls can be searched by keywords in AI-generated text.
- Processing Archived Call Records: Process recordings made before AI activation. Simply specify the number of calls in the settings, and the system will start analyzing.
